Ashlyn and her team just finished presenting to the board of directors, and it went extremely well! After the presentation, one of the directors approached Ashlyn and told her that she did an excellent job. He told her that because of her hard work, he was going to recommend her for a promotion. Ashlyn was excited and proud, but she also felt guilty. The presentation was successful because of her whole team, not just her individual efforts. (Ethical Principles Involved: Integrity, Transparency, Fairness, Respect)

3. Or should she make sure to give credit to her teammates, even if it costs her a promotion?

Activity
- You may work alone or with ONE partner.
- Choose one ethical principle (i.e., integrity, trust, accountability, transparency, fairness, respect, rule of law, and viability). 20 points.
- Identify an individual (real or fictional) who embodies its assigned ethical principle. 20 points
- Create a poster, presentation, song etc. of its choice to explain how the person’s behavior exhibits that particular ethical principle. 20 points.
- Finally, you will share your work with the class. 20 points.
- Make sure you turn in your assignment in to Google Classroom. BOTH you and your partner need to turn in the assignment.
- Presentation must last at least 2 minutes. 10 points for each minute for a total of 20 points.
