Ethics Case
Create a Google document and respond to the following case below. Work on this assignment individually or with ONE partner. Answer in complete sentences. Font should be "Times New Roman", size 12, double-spaced, margins 1". 1 paragraph (5 sentences). When finished, each person should upload their own document to our Google Classroom.
One of your classmates is struggling in biology class, so you offer to help him study for the upcoming exam. During your study session he asks if he can copy down your notes from class. He says that he’ll only use them to supplement his own notes. You agree, and he copies down all of your class notes into his own notebook. A few days later several of your classmates approach you and thank you for letting them use your notes to study. They sense your confusion and say that your classmate gave out copies to the entire class. You’re angry that your classmate took advantage of your kindness, and you consider asking everyone for your notes back. But you don’t want the entire class to hate you, either! (Ethical Principles Involved: Integrity, Trust, Respect)
